Power Touches is the premiere Kansas City based networking group based on the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction states “That which is like unto itself is drawn”, stated simply ~ like attracts like. The Law of Attraction is working in our lives and our businesses whether we use it intentionally or not. It is one of the intentions of Power Touches to help business owners harness the power of the law of attraction to create, grow and expand their businesses and themselves.
Since like attracts like, Power Touches is a completely positive environment for you to do power networking. Everyone networking within Power Touches is familiar with, and using the law of attraction in their lives. We are building a powerful group of deliberate creators who are enthusiastic, open and willing to build strong relationships that benefit everyone involved.
Power Touches was created to benefit the members individually and as a group. Our membership dues are 25 dollars each month or you can pay 240 dollars annually for a 20% savings. . All of the fees will be spent on networking and other activities to benefit the group and its’ members. How membership money is spent is based on decisions made by a majority vote of members. All decisions will be based on the benefit of members and the networking group as a whole.
Power Touches is a powerful networking tool, and we encourage members to join other networking groups as well as their local chamber of commerce. The more connections you make the larger your networking circle grows, as well as your sphere of influence. We encourage competition, believing it is healthy for business. We have no membership restrictions per industry to provide you with the opportunity to get to know your competition and what they offer.
Power Touches meetings are held weekly. We are currently holding two networking meetings in the Kansas City area. The Spring Hill Group will meet on Monday mornings, and the Paola group on Tuesdays. Each week you can expect to attend a well run, concise meeting allowing time for informative presentations, one on one networking with other local businesses as well as getting quality referrals to your business. You will also have a brief opportunity to tell members about your business each week.
Every Power Touches meeting will include a presentation of a member’s business. This will be a chance to provide more in depth information to the group about your business and the services/products you provide. The presenters will be chosen from active members of the group and will be scheduled ahead of time. You are encouraged to bring flyers, pens, brochures, coupons, and other marketing materials, as well as providing a small door prize for referrals given.
Quality referrals will be passed at each meeting. These will be solid referrals where the referrer has already spoken with the person about your business and/or service. Leads are not accepted. We intend for referrals to be solid with at least a 70% conversion rate.
It is our intention to attract positive people and events to the members of Power Touches. To that end our power networking meetings remain a solely positive environment. All negative thoughts, comments or talk will be assessed a fee determined by the group, which will be donated to the person’s favorite charity. Of course, constructive criticism is encouraged so we can all learn and grow together.
Power Touches meetings are a great way to network with local businesses, and meet business people, but they are only once a week. To help you network after hours and between meetings we have created Power Touches online members forum. You will have access to the group via the forum at any time of day, whether you need to run an idea passed the membership or just want to celebrate success with someone. We do expect negativity to be left at login, and as always constructive criticism is welcomed.
